Terms of service
These Terms of Service apply to the Kasma website, ride-request services, booking services and transportation-arrangement services.
By submitting a request, making a payment or confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Kasma’s Role
Kasma acts primarily as a transportation booking and arrangement service.
Depending on the booking, transportation may be provided by an independent driver, chauffeur company, taxi company, rental-car company with driver or another licensed transportation provider.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation, Kasma is not the operating carrier.
The transportation contract may be formed directly between the customer and the independent transportation provider. Kasma may act as the customer’s booking intermediary.
3. Service Area
Our services are intended mainly for transportation within Germany or trips beginning or ending in Germany.
Customers may submit requests from any country, but ride availability depends on the requested pickup location, destination, date, vehicle and transportation provider.

A booking may involve the following steps:
- The customer submits trip details.
- Kasma reviews the request.
- Kasma may contact the customer for additional information.
- A price and service details are communicated.
- The customer accepts the offer and makes any required payment.
- Kasma or the provider issues a booking confirmation.
A request, quotation or payment of a request-processing fee does not by itself guarantee transportation.
A ride is confirmed only when written confirmation has been issued.
5. Custom Ride Requests
The €0.90 Custom Ride Request product is a request-processing service.
It allows the customer to submit a ride requirement that is not covered by the standard services listed on the website.
Our team will contact the customer to discuss the request. The €0.90 fee:
- Is not the transportation fare;
- Does not guarantee driver or vehicle availability;
- Does not reserve a vehicle by itself;
- Covers the review and processing of the request.
The customer will receive a separate final price before confirming the ride.
