Shipping policy

Kasma sells transportation booking and ride-arrangement services. We do not currently sell or ship physical products.

1. No Physical Shipping

No physical package will be delivered after placing an order.

References to “shipping,” “delivery” or “fulfilment” on Shopify mean the electronic confirmation and performance of the transportation service.

2. Booking Confirmation Delivery

Booking information may be delivered by:

  • Email; kasmarters@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information and checking their messages.

3. Service Fulfilment

A ride is fulfilled at the date, time and pickup location shown in the confirmed booking.

The customer must be present and reachable at the agreed pickup time.

4. Custom Ride Requests

After purchasing the €0.90 Custom Ride Request:

  1. Kasma receives the customer’s submitted trip information.
  2. Our team reviews the request.
  3. Our team contacts the customer.
  4. Availability and the final ride price are discussed.
  5. A ride is arranged only after the customer accepts the final offer.

The processing fee does not include transportation.

5. Service Coverage

Kasma mainly arranges rides within Germany and trips starting or ending in Germany.

Customers located anywhere in the world may request a ride for travel in Germany.

Availability is not guaranteed in every city or region.

6. Processing Time

We aim to review requests as quickly as reasonably possible.

Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends or on public holidays may be reviewed on the next business day.

Urgent or same-day requests are subject to availability.

7. Additional Costs

There are no physical shipping charges.

The customer may be charged transportation-related costs such as:

  • Ride fare;
  • Booking or processing fee;
  • Parking;
  • Tolls;
  • Airport charges;
  • Waiting time;
  • Extra stops;
  • Special vehicle requirements.

All known charges will be communicated before confirmation where possible.
